The complimentary 30-minute consultation is a relaxed conversation, not a sales presentation. CBR will learn where the student is now, what feels most difficult, what the family has already done, and where outside guidance would be most useful.
After the conversation, CBR will recommend the service that appears to be the best fit and send a clear summary of scope, fee, and next steps.

What to expect
BEFORE
Complete a brief questionnaire so the conversation can be focused and useful.
DURING
CBR will speak directly with the student, ask questions, reflect back what is being heard, and briefly explain the relevant process.
AFTER
You will receive a personalized recommendation. Take time to discuss it as a family; there is no aggressive close.
